From day one, we have been on a mission to bring top-quality
food-to-go to the UK and beyond, with our core principle being
planet-first manufacturing.
Growing up together in the Monmouthshire countryside young school friends, Jason and Phillippe spent their weekends and school holidays together at Jason’s family farm. Snacking on chives from the veg patch and fresh bread straight out the oven, they quickly developed a passion for good quality, great tasting produce. Coupled with bacon straight from the farm, the boys started selling bacon sandwiches to delighted local factory workers.
Fast forward a decade, with Jason having attended university in Bristol and Phillippe learning trade work, the two entrepreneurs reunited with the desire to create a healthy fast-food alternative to the usual food-to-go options. Quality ingredients and a pantry of distinctive flavours coupled with sustainable manufacturing every step of the way the Real Wrap Co. was born. Now, The Real Wrap Co. is leading the way in sustainable business and the food-to-go products are taking the nation by storm.

In safe hands & Allergen Clarity
We follow a strict allergen directed production plan with rigorous clean downs between changeovers. All of our products are compliant with the 2021 Natasha’s Law, clearly outlining all ingredients and allergens included.
Waste not Want not
Since 2017 we have been a zero-waste to landfill manufacturer. Any food waste is sent to local Anaerobic Digesters to create bio-fuels as well as power and gas for our local city of Bristol. It doesn’t end there, we’ve teamed up with a number of other SME’s including Gouters Chocolate clusters, who put our bread waste to good use.
Smart Deliveries
Our routes are mapped out daily to reduce the number of vehicles on the road and where appropriate we use trusted third-party distribution. Our drivers don’t just deliver products to you, they pick up our ingredients on their way back to base, further reducing vehicles and time on the road.
carbon reduction & Eco Packaging
Our Wedge packs are fully recyclable into all British mixed waste recycling streams. We have tracked our manufacturing process from farm to factory and beyond. The tracking includes our product packaging, allowing us to improve this business area using scientific data to support our decisions. We have added a carbon label for each product on our wedge packs to inform our customers about their carbon impact better and allow them to make an educated decision about their lunchtime habits.
